Before I present to you those 10 advantages it is crucial to understand that
Ballroom dancing began into the 18th century and becomes more popular with every day.

My instructor will tell you that women who are independent are difficult to teach about following. I’ve experienced this for myself because I am one them. Ladies must be taught to follow their partners even if the partner is making mistakes. In dancing you learn how to depend on your partner and listen to your partner. Only in dancing you do not only use your ears to listen to the music, you listen with your whole body. If you are not able to trust and allow your partner to lead you and follow their instructions, a mistake can occur. If this does you will discover yourself falling into the ground, taking your partner along with you.
